Employee Handbook Design for Truth or Consequences Brewing Co.

Nestled in the historic hot springs bathhouse district of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, Truth or Consequences Brewing Co. is a small craft brewery with a big mission: to make great beer and make people happy. To support this mission, I designed and organized their first-ever employee handbook. This comprehensive guide helps team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and the organizational structure, while also providing insights into the brewery’s unique “stream of flavors” and tips for fostering strong customer relationships. The handbook fills a vital gap in onboarding and training, equipping employees with the tools to succeed and contribute to a warm, welcoming brewery experience.
