Developed the branding and creative direction for NextGen America’s Youth Vote HQ at the 2024 Democratic National Convention, designed to embody the bold and unapologetic energy of Gen Z voters. The visual identity blended vibrant neon tones, Bratz-inspired aesthetics, and playful typography to create a pop-culture–driven space that felt both rebellious and inviting.
The campaign included the design of the “Young Voters for Kamala” Bratz-style shirt and Dem(o)brat hat, both featured in Vogue and The Washington Post for capturing the brat-era spirit that defined the DNC. A cohesive branding system was applied across all touchpoints from step-and-repeat banners and signage to digital content and on-site merchandise. Ensuring a unified experience that connected design, culture, and political engagement.
In collaboration with the social media and video teams, the activation extended beyond visuals into storytelling. A high-energy recap video highlighted youth-led organizing, creative expression, and authentic political dialogue, reinforcing the strategy’s core message: the future of politics is powered by youth, culture, and design that dares to stand out.
